AlphaFlo®  AJ&AG series 

• are single stage,single suction,frame mounted,overhang,double casing,horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps and designed for heavy duty,high head slurry pumpings.
• Oil lubrication with water cooling design could keep the bearing always working at lower temperature and fast shaft roation speed for high head.Pump and motor generally directely drive to get required flow head performance by trimming impeller.
• AlphaFlo® AJ series pump generally for delivery slurry contain solid <30% by weight and high head. AlphaFlo® AG series are severe duty slurry pumps could transport slurry contain solid 30% and more and so its structure more robust compare same size Alphaflo® AJ series which make it capable working in 4 stage seires pumping.

• Casing. two halves radially split casing with minimum casing bolts reducing maintenance and minimise downtime.
• Impeller & liner. hard metal of versatile 27~30% chrome white iron in various abrasion & corrosion resistance slurry pumping applications.
• Bearing Assembly. Bearing assembly fixed on rigid horizontal split frame.Impeller clearange could be ajusted by the ajusting bolts on the bearing housing.Short rigid shaft design ensure the max absorbed shaft power convey.
• Shaft sealing. centrifugal seal (dry-seal,elimination gland seal water),common gland seal and mechanical seal.
