AlphaFlo®  L series rugged heavy duty  medium to lower heads slurry pump with the incorporation design of A series plus higher efficiency impeller  and wide hydraulics from discharge size 20 to a 650mm.

Features:


  • Casing. Two halves radially split casing with minimum casing bolts reducing maintenance and minimise downtime.
  • Impeller & liner. Thick elastomer or alloy bolt-in liners provide superior corrosion resistance plus offer ease of liner change-out and intermixability to reduce over all maintenance costs and maximize wear life.
  • Bearing Assembly. removeable cartridge style grease luburicated bearing assembly can be replaced with the base.Also oil lubricated heavy duty bearing assemblies available.
  • Shaft sealing. centrifugal seal (dry-seal,elimination gland seal water),common gland seal and mechanical seal.

    AlphaFlo® A and L range slurry pumps have similar configuration design - horizontal hard-metal or elastomer lined split case end suction centrifugal slurry pump and also have cross hydraulic performance,but L series size up to 650mm and with high efficency impeller specially for low to medium duty slurries by large flow slurry pumpings.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE RATING OF ALPHAFLO® L SERIES SLURRY PUMPS?

    AlphaFlo® L series slurry pumps are pressure-rated up to 1725kpa.

  • CAN ALPHAFLO® L SERIES SLURRY PUMP BE USED IN POWER PLANT FGD PROCESS?

    ALPHAFLO® L series designed to transport light duty slurries by high efficiency impeller and liners made of corrosion resistance high chrome (OEM material code A49) and synthetic elastomers Neoprene S42  and quite suit for power plant fuel gas desulfurization process especially from pump discharge size 300 to 650 mm.

  • WHAT'S THE INTERCHANGEABILITY BETWEEN ALPHAFLO® AND OEM WEIR WARMAN® SLURRY PUMPS?

    They are material equivalent and dimension interchangeable. AlphaFlo® L series slurry pump parts have been rigorously reverse engineered using  2D 3D modeling. First article inspection involves comparison to OEM parts followed by fit testing. All impellers have been performance tested to certify them against OEM performance.
