• Additional letters and numbers are added before and after the Basic Part Number to further define a component part of a particular pump,For example, Part Number E4110A05 identifies the impeller  to fit the casing of the 6/4E-AH pump, E-4-110-A05  "E"means pump frame type. "4" menas pump discharge size 4 inch."110" is a basic part numer,"A05" is the part material.

• "TL1" means "Thick Liner". often in a slurry pump wet end parts,such as the volute liner,frame plate liner insert,throatbush.The "TL1" parts could replace the standard parts  directly without change other pump parts configuration.

• "HS1" means "HI-SEAL". It's a update of standard "Packing Gland" and "Centrifugal Seal" with less liquid leakage and lower pump consumption power. They are often in a slurry pump "Shaft Seal" parts and connected relation parts "Frame Plate " and "Frame Plate Liner Insert".

• Generally a  Weir Warman slurry pump consist 30~40 units components and could be subdivided into the wet end,the mechanical end and the support end.

The OEM Warman AHPP and AHP pump design based on the Warman AH pump which provide a higher pressure. "AHP"-"P" means pressure, AHPP-"PP" means high pressure. AHPP pump pressure is higher than AHP.

Warman AHPP high pressure centrifugal pumps are available with rubber or metal liners which depends not on the maximum pressure rating, but the slurry particle size that slurry with an average particle size of less than 250 microns and up to a maximum particle size 10mm, we recommend using rubber liners. Whereas, metal liners are recommended for slurries containing larger particle sizes.
